Ralph Melbourne,  President:  Ralph is co-founder and President of Melbourne Financial which was incorporated in 1986. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, FNMA Underwriter, member of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers since 1993, and member of the New Mexico Association of Mortgage Brokers (NMAMB) since its inception in 1994. Ralph's extensive career in the mortgage industry (47 years and counting!) includes four years in commercial banking, seven as a mortgage banker, 23 years as an executive in the Savings & Loan industry, and nearly 14 years as a mortgage broker. He was President of NMAMB (1994-1995), and Director from 1994 to present. He was also named Broker of the Year for 1998 by the NMAMB. Ralph is proud to be a 1951 graduate of Albuquerque High School, and went on to graduate from UNM in 1955 where he was a member of the Lobo Football Team.

Nancy Archuleta, Vice President:  Nancy is a native New Mexican with a BBA in accounting from UT Austin and Vice President of Melbourne Financial, where she has been the leading producer of home loans for the past nine years. Nancy provides superior service to her customers and as a result, over 80% of her business is either repeat or referrals. In addition, she is our primary liason with our wholesale lenders.

Jeree Hindi Tomasi, Loan Officer:  Jeree is a life-long resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico and began her career in mortgage banking in 1984. She has experience in all aspects of the loan process, from originating, processing, and underwriting all the way through to closing and funding of a loan. She also has experience in the secondary marketing of mortgages. Jeree joined the Melbourne Financial team in 1993 and is currently a Loan Officer.
